A venture investor, entrepreneur, and experienced US–LATAM operator who founded Bullpen to raise the bar for remote recruiting — and offer something better: a curated, high-trust talent search.

Stephanie Santodomingo

Based in Colombia, Stephanie brings deep experience in operations, people leadership, and recruiting. She’s seen Bullpen from every side — first as a candidate, then as a client while leading people ops, and now as our GM. Her unique perspective and people-first approach shape the way we work every day.

Ivon Rodriguez

Ivon keeps Bullpen running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings a strong background in operations, HR, and client support from top companies like JP Morgan, Accenture and several startups. With a sharp eye for process and operations management, she ensures our clients and candidates have a seamless experience at every step.

Angelina Schickedanz

Angelina is a senior recruiter with experience across fintech, BPO, and professional services. Having grown up in both Latin America and the U.S., she brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to every search. Based in the Dominican Republic, she has led hiring at companies like Revolut and Teleperformance Spain. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Angelina is known for her data-driven approach and commitment to building lasting talent matches.

Jonathan Alcantara

Jonathan has over 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe. Before joining Bullpen, he worked with leading global search firms and high-growth startups, specializing in roles across product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing. He brings a sharp eye for talent, fast execution, and a calm, people-first approach to every search.

Emanuel brings global experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers. His background spans sourcing, interviewing, and process optimization — all aimed at delivering structured, efficient hiring that supports company growth. At Bullpen, he combines speed with care to ensure every placement is a fit for both the role and the team.

Didier Gomez
Didier oversees Bullpen’s finance and accounting operations. He brings 5+ years of experience managing bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting for companies in both the U.S. and Latin America. Based in Colombia, Didier holds a degree in public accounting and brings a practical, detail-first approach to every facet of our financial management.
